Connect a social media MCP server to your agent.
Connect your coding agent to Sprid, sign in, then ask it to read your accounts before changing anything. Check the exact social handle and the available actions before requesting a post.

Put it into practice.
Use your client’s connection instructions.
Open the shared MCP setup guide and select your agent. Follow its current setup path, then complete sign-in. If your organization manages connections, check whether it permits this server before changing local configuration.
Verify a read first.
Ask the agent to list your Sprid accounts and tell you which one matches your project. Compare the returned names with your dashboard. If the wrong workspace appears, resolve the sign-in before creating a draft.
Check the action you need.
Ask the agent to report the available Sprid capabilities and find the tool for your task. Request a concrete action, such as preparing a carousel preview. If it reports unavailable, keep the error and check the setup guide before reinstalling anything.
Confirm the destination.
Name the exact social handle when moving from drafting to scheduling. Ask for the preview and proposed time, including timezone. Review the post before approving the booking. Keep its link so you can inspect the saved result.
Find the failed step.
Illustrative symptoms and checks. This is a troubleshooting checklist, not a record of a live connection test.
- Sprid tools are missing
- Check that the server is enabled in this client and that sign-in completed. Ask the agent to report the tools it can actually see.
- Sign-in keeps appearing
- Read the connection error and follow the client’s reconnect instructions. Keep credentials out of the conversation.
- The account is wrong
- Compare the returned workspace and account names with your dashboard. Confirm the intended account before changing a post.
- The image will not transfer
- If your chat cannot transfer an attachment, ask for a Sprid browser upload link and choose the file there.
Try it with your agent.
Check my Sprid connection without changing anything. Report the available capabilities and list the accounts you can access. Find [my app or account] and confirm the exact social handle [handle]. Check whether you have the tools needed to prepare and preview a carousel. If something is missing, show the error and the relevant setup link. Do not create, schedule or publish a post yet.Codex.

Does installing a marketing skill connect my account?
Check the connection separately. Follow the MCP setup for your client, then ask it to read your accounts. Written instructions alone do not prove that the current session can access your data.
The connection works. Why can’t my agent schedule?
Read the specific failure. Check the requested action’s availability and the selected social channel. Resolve the reported requirement, then inspect the existing post before retrying.
